Yoga for runners: entry level

altIn this publication  we collected simple exercises that can be performed by any person without the help of coach training.

All exercises should be done very gently, no jerks! Bend and sag as much as your body allows you to. Listen to your body and watch it’s reaction to the different exercises.

If you have any  trauma or other health problems, be sure to consult with your doctor or trainer.
