How to go to bed in time?

After the holidays and sleepless nights, almost all of us have to go back to normal schedule again and to learn to fall asleep before the dawn to getr up early in the morning and to go to work. It is easy to decide to go to bed earlier, but not always we manage to fall asleep.

To make your life easier and to gradually get used again to the regime of the day and night, forcibly turn off all the switched on devices. To do this, install a program that will automatically turn off your computer at the scheduled time. You can get an automatic timer that turns off the light: at midnight all the lights in the house go out, you put the book aside and fall asleep.

We set the alarm clock to wake up at a certain time in the morning, why not to set it in the evening to fall asleep in the same time?

Many of us fall asleep with the phone in hand. In order not to waste precious time on viewing the photos on Instagram or meaningless charts on WhatsApp, set yourself a reminder alarm. We set the alarm clock to wake up at a certain time in the morning, why not to set it in the evening to fall asleep in the same time? All this will not work immediately, but gradually you’ll get used to it and will get the desired rhythm of life without feeling sleepy, frustrated and miserable every morning.

Studies have shown that, the room light along with the light from the blue screen of electronic devices, prevents the production of melatonin (a hormone that regulates circadian rhythms). One hour of moderate bright light (1000 lux) is sufficient to “suppress” the night level of melatonin to the day level.
